Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an M365 Administrator located in Miami, FL. The M365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. Daily tasks will include monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, ensuring data security, implementing updates, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves supporting employee training and providing technical support for M365-related inquiries.

Qualifications

Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services
Proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams administration
Strong data security and system performance monitoring skills
Technical support, troubleshooting, and user account management skills
Ability to implement updates and support employee training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus
