Role Overview

Leads technology vision and AI strategy, overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven products and scalable technology platforms. Acts as a bridge between executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver competitive advantage. This role handles technology governance, ethical AI deployment, and fosters a culture of continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic AI and technology roadmap aligned with company vision and market needs.
Lead cross-functional technology teams including engineering, data science, and AI research.
Oversee AI project planning, resource allocation, and ROI measurement for AI investments.
Promote ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance across AI implementations.
Build partnerships across internal departments and external AI communities to drive innovation.
Represent the organization in industry forums, investor meetings, and strategic discussions on AI adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering and AI-related leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management (CTO, Director level).
Deep experience with machine learning frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps strategies.
Strong strategic thinking, executive leadership, and communication skills to align AI strategy with business objectives.
Proven ability to scale technology teams and manage complex AI product lifecycles.
