Provided 2nd and 3rd level End User Support Campus wide and to remote users. I have extensive experience with setting up new Laptops/Desktops for onboarding or upgrades. I've utilized various VPN platforms (Cisco, Global Protect) and OKTA MFA to provide support for remote users and/or to access secure resources internally. Extensive experience with MS Teams and Zoom support.
