I was responsible for ensuring a successful company-wide Zscaler launch to 40,000 users in 85 countries by developing creative training materials, troubleshooting user issues, and notifying management of arising problems during integration. I seamlessly took over management of the weekly threat intelligence publication that is distributed to global IT senior leadership and ensured compelling, educational content was held to a high standard. I currently utilize internal social networking communications to global audiences for both overall CS&A activity and special projects. Project managed Annual Policy Review process by working with subject matter experts to ensure all IT policies and standards are published in a timely manner. Quickly learned and adapted to new cybersecurity tools like Archer Governance, Risk and Compliance System, Vyond educational animations, Splunk, SharePoint, Yammer and more. Eager to learn and adapt new compliance and regulatory changes, such as data privacy. Collaborated with local and regional teams to ensure mills were properly educated on cybersecurity best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Through the IT Oxygen Enterprise I was able to work with the Upper Peninsula Health System. In that role, I was responsible for leading a 6-member team through the process of the Software Development Life Cycle to customize and deliver a new resource management platform utilized by over 450 people creating 10,000+ bookings/year. I managed the SDLC throughout the three-semester project - including sprints, scrums, internal and external communication, planning, creation, design, implementation, testing, and integration. I collaborated with the team to find unique solutions to client problems.

While working for Central Transport I was responsible for performing pre and post trip inspections of equipment and completing required paperwork. I maintained federal hours of service regulations while ensuring safe and timely delivery of freight to destination. I efficiently unloaded and reloaded trailers and see that freight will be secure to its next destination at the highest cube density. I was also responsible for working 70+ hours per week in the elements.
Employed until 3/29/2014 - at which time the terminal shut down.

During my time at Swift Transportation I was selected from over 200 drivers to represent the Gary, Indiana terminal in a meeting with the regional managers and COO Richard Stocking in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2009, I also became a Certified Driver Mentor and trained 9 new drivers over 48 months weeks on the principles of safe and efficient driving, customer service, communication, policy, procedure, logging, and paperwork. For over 2 and a half years, I was a Platinum Driver - the highest ranking a driver can obtain on safety, customer service, and efficiency.

About
Graduating with a BS in Management Information Systems and a minor in Cyber Security in December, 2019. Through various projects and internships, I have proven my ability to collaborate effectively with teams, manage projects and utilize analytical skills to ensure key deliverables, and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. I was elected to the position of Vice President for IT Oxygen Student Enterprise and have gained valuable experience from the last 3 years in the Enterprise, as well as other company projects I have had the privilege to work on.
