Information Security Officer
Has led the requirements development for several mobile security scanning and orchestration systems and has integrated numerous mobile scanners into two customer orchestration engines so that applications can be uploaded and scanned on demand for security evaluations that follow federal standards and provide enough information for risk determinations. Supported teams from across federal government (developers, security officers, managers, and executives) in improving their mobile security posture.
Has developed enterprise applications for the federal government using content management systems (primarily Drupal), document management systems (primarily Alfresco), and business management systems (primarily OBIEE). Was the tech lead for a Drupal website with over 100,000 unique visitors per month.
Created a installation profile for the federal government so that code could be more standard and reused, thereby saving money and time in the initial build out of websites, streamlining the deployment and the code reuse process, and reducing time to fix sites and do security and accessibility reviews of websites.
Throughout most of 2013 and 2014, Anthony focused on Alfresco, programming in JavaScript for front end interactivity and server side logic. He extensively uses Activiti, the workflow engine integrated with Alfresoco which is BPMN compliant. Anthony has build several custom Java classes for use in the first Alfresco application in USDA that has a fully custom front end. Anthony was the lead on the front end work.
Anthony has worked on developing not only applications but also platforms, specifically platforms for Drupal and business intelligence within a cloud environment. Also spent eight months developing an enterprise business intelligence application.
