I am an accomplished IT professional with over 22 years of experience and a strong track record of improving corporate operations through the development and implementation of best practices in technology operations. I have supported the collections and call center environment for the past twelve years and have improved operational access to data while increasing overall security of confidential information. As the CTO of a national agency, I was tasked with providing and maintaining the technology to support call centers with offices globally. With that task, came the responsibility of building a secure information system that was recognized and accepted by the company’s largest Fortune 100 clients. My experience in both technology operations and information security compliance standards such as ISO 27002, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SSAE 16 (formally known as SAS 70), FISMA,GLBA, and HIPAA showcases my knowledge to be a subject matter expert when it comes to ensuring information security compliance in the call center arena.
