I am an accomplished IT professional with over 22 years of experience and a strong track record of improving corporate operations through the development and implementation of best practices in technology operations. I have supported the collections and call center environment for the past twelve years and have improved operational access to data while increasing overall security of confidential information. As the CTO of a national agency, I was tasked with providing and maintaining the technology to support call centers with offices globally.
