Ensure that individual business unit needs, project deliverable requirements, and expectations are met within corporate timelines. Develop metrics for key performance indicators for ongoing process improvements.
Selected Achievements
Designed, tested, and implemented a company-wide issue tracking system to monitor customer support needs. Enabled clients to submit, view, and close IT Service Desk Reports and to extract metrics used for KPI's, balance score cards, and procedural improvements.
Implemented a Virtual Support Desk design to meet high-level support requirements with minimal resources.
Streamlined procedures to support a suite of external facing web applications designed as self-help tools for Brokers and Benefit Administrators. Modified incident tracking systems and ACD designs.
