Lead the architecture and design of cloud based Customer Service applications, specifically requirements and system engineering for a collection of IVR applications that provide automated trouble ticket management. Responsible for delivering detailed application and platform level requirements including : IVR application feature requirements, capacity planning, operational M&Ps, host interoperability, network engineering and performance analysis. Work closely with speech engineering, call flow designers, developers and testers, using both Agile and waterfall SDLC processes to assure delivery of high quality, client focused solutions.
