Mr. Redeen provided tax, financial, interim CFO, cost analysis and accounting consulting services to more than 300 clients, including government contractors, big 4 accounting firms, federal, state and local governments, school systems and industry. Services included interim CFO services, accounting services, business plans, personal, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns, audits, cost models, expert witness testimony, accounting systems installs, cost proposals, indirect cost audits, DCAA liaison, IRS representation, lost income analysis and valuation analysis. He was responsible for client marketing, acquisition and engagement execution.
Mr. Redeen is a CAS/FAR/DFARS expert and a leading instructor and consultant in these areas. He has managed over 50 DCAA audits including pre-award, post-award, voucher, timekeeping, incurred cost and special issues . He has also addressed DCMA and DCIS issues. He has created and managed up to 50 indirect cost pools, including on-site, off-site, multi-office, subcontract management and multi-company pool structures. He has also used different teaming structures to price to win, such as JVs.
Mr. Redeen has managed the execution of more than 135 audit engagements, including financial audits, contract audits, operations audits and performance audits. He has performed internal control reviews, management control reviews, vulnerability assessments and risk assessments. He has developed internal control documentation, addressing control objectives, control techniques and compliance control schedules. He has performed field work, including collecting documentation, examining records, conducting interviews and assembling work papers.

As Manager of Cost and Economic Analysis, Mr. Redeen managed up to twenty professionals providing financial, contract and cost analysis consulting to government and industry. Managed cost analysis services of organizations throughout the Federal government Defense, including Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD/PA&E) and the three military services. He has performed cost analyses and cost/schedule control reviews for several major weapon system programs. This has included developing and tailoring contract requirements in the areas of C/SCSC, CPR, C/SSR, CCDR and CFSR, reviewing contract status and regulatory compliance. For the defense industry, he has assisted in the development of cost/schedule control systems, LCC models and design-to-cost management systems. As Director, Business Development for a 170 person group with ISI, Mr. Redeen directed proposal development, opportunity identification, development of joint ventures and coordination with 8(a) firms resulting in $100 million in new contracts.
