About
I have been working in the computer industry since 1999. After high school I served in the United States Marine Corps where I received specialized training in security. After my enlistment ended I attended DeVry University's Telecommunications Management Program graduating Magna Cum Laude. I have done contract work for a wide range of corporations, and also spent 3 years managing a large multi-campus public high school technology department.
In 2008 my brother and I decided we wanted to bring a blend of large technology department management techniques combined with a personal touch to the Small to Medium Business IT industry and formed Unified Technology Solutions to serve our local area. Over time we grew not only to serve the Florida Treasure Coast with onsite and helpdesk services but have started offering remote management all over the US. Unlike other companies we vouch to never outsource our frontline helpdesk because we feel having complete control over the user experience as well as empowering the front line tech to solve your problem is the key of our success.
I spend a large part of my free time volunteering with local and national non-profit organizations, camping, kayaking, and backpacking.
