I am Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at CDW covering Enterprise Corporate Accounts. I work with companies to help them determine which IT Security Technologies and Solutions are best for their business. Make security technology and product recommendations based off of those business needs and what I am seeing in the market. Then create a build of materials to present the solution to the customer.
Prior to that I was a Technical Business Development Specialist at CDW covering the McAfee portfolio. My goal is to make the sale process and usage of McAfee products a good experience for the Account Managers I cover and their customers. I do this by working closely with my sales teams by keeping them educated with the McAfee products and offerings, and providing added value services to our McAfee customers. I achieve this by keeping myself educated and up-to-date on the latest McAfee products and trends in the It Security Industry.
I started at CDW as a dedicated Account Manager committed to delivering superior service and IT consulting. My goal is to help make IT work for my customers and maximize my customers return on their IT investment by providing them with innovative technology solutions. I do this by developing creative/customized solutions that will benefit both my customers and CDW. I am able to achieve this by working closely with my customers to not just understand the interlocking of their business, but also the employees working in that business in order to provide them with the technology solutions that will benefit them the most.
