About
I spent 15 years of my professional career employed by Xerox in the business process outsourcing division. For the first eight of those years, I worked in roles involved with daily operations which allowed me to learn the business. After that, I transitioned to a technical service role within the organization providing support for the services we offer. I performed numerous tasks within Information Technology including: technical support, application support, desktop support, server support, network support, and several administrative tasks within these realms. I also branched out and had duties involving security, compliance, and change management.
In January of 2017, I accepted an offer with a managed services provider in Little Rock, AR where I've continued to develop my technical skills by supporting a wide range of clients with individual needs and monitor their overall environment health on a daily basis. As my system administration skills continued to grow and develop, my professional interests shifted to become more focused on information security.
In February of 2020, I joined Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield as an Information Security Analyst on the Cyber Security Engineering Team as part of their Enterprise Information Security Division working on IAM projects. I acted as the primary administrator for our IAM platforms and one of the administrators for our PAM solution. I also had roles with RBAC initiatives and access provisioning/reviews.
At the end of June 2021, I accepted an offer with TriNet as an Identity Access Analyst where I worked primarily on user access reviews.
My hobbies include board games, tabletop roleplaying games, and fantasy sports. I'm also technically one of many owners of the Green Bay Packers as I bought a single novelty share back during a stock sale in 2012.
