Work in a 24x7 Security Operations Center on the 3rd Line Support Team. Our team is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving outages on a variety of firewalls and other security devices, to include, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, ForeScout, Aruba, F5, BlueCoat Proxy, Juniper and others. Provide RCA on repeating problems and for complex issues. Perform hardware replacements, software upgrades, threat mitigation. Also responsible for accepting new security devices into service on the network. Work with security equipment vendors for technical solutions to a large range of issues.
