Site Support Engineer
Working as a System Administrator at Pilgrim Quality Solutions, I monitored firewall/IPS log data on a regular basis to identify if any cyberattacks or inappropriate activity has occurred. I provided tier 3 level support to large number of users, including laptop break fix using Window 7 & 10 OS, LAN connectivity troubleshooting using OSI model, and custom VM builds setup for engineers. I managed inventory / asset purchasing and control processes using PO system to ensure availability of required IT software and hardware related stock across workplace at all times. I setup multiple Ubiquity PoE Switch/AP.
