• Write, maintain and ensure compliance of security Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for sites and enterprise information systems within area of responsibility (AOR) covering five states and 18 sites.
• Assist in certification and accreditation of prospective secure compartmented information facilities.
• Perform risk analysis to determine protection levels of facilities.
• Ensure and enforce security practices and procedures by detachment personnel.
• Provide oversight of proper sanitization procedures for turn-in of IS equipment.
• Translate organizational security policies and procedures for detachment personnel and customers when required.
• Control all forms of media entering the SCIF by executing anti-virus software, entering media into a database, issuing each individual media a control number, and securing it in an isolated media cabinet.

• Regular travel to various sites throughout the Midwest US to assess and ensure proper security practices and procedures are implemented and enforced.
