-Created the localized deployment scheme of workstation management technologies through Jamf Pro and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for 1300 workstations. Currently in process of migrating to Intune.
-Standardized IT disaster recovery plans and drove business continuity plans and testing.
-Implemented FreshService ITSM SAAS to provide measurable SLAs across all offices.
-Implemented standardized secure RDP technology, first with TeamViewer, then upgraded to Tensor.

-Managed the transformation of traditional IT to IT as a service in a digital, all-inclusive marketing ecosystem, leveraging all LoBs within the Y&R Group of brands, across 78 separate agencies, located in 49 different offices, and spread throughout 18 countries.
-Responsible for the quality and security of digital client developments.
-Managed the IT disaster recovery and business continuity efforts for APAC during and after the 2017 NotPetya malware attack, which shutdown the entire global WPP IT network. Bringing basic services up after 2 days, full data recovery after 5 days, and business as usual after 2 weeks.
-Implemented, maintained, and evolved digital development standards to include application frameworks, coding practices, data security, and data privacy through deploying the entire Atlassian stack, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.
-Identified, recommended, and drove adoption of best practices across development toolsets and process methodologies.
-Managed relationships with internal and external clients to increase return on investment through economies of scale and leverage of assets across all lines of businesses.
-Conducted training for new deployments and best practices.
