Kyndryl
Global Chief Information Security Officer
Senior leader responsible for the operational cybersecurity of the Leidos global enterprise. My responsibilities include the operational defensive strategy, the Cybersecurity Intelligence and Response Center, the architecture, engineering, development, integration, and operations for all cyber capabilities including cloud, perimeter, endpoint, and identity management as well as enterprise vulnerability management including our penetration test and red teams.
In this role I led the ground up development of the Leidos cyber operations strategy, organization, capabilities, and processes after insourcing the work from a MSSP including growing the organization from 12 to over 100 staff and the build out and integration of numerous cyber defense capabilities.
While performing this role I was appointed the acting CISO for a four month period in 2018. During this time I led and was responsible for Leidos' global cybersecurity including Risk Management, Governance, and Policy, Cybersecurity Operations, and Cyber Business Enablement. While acting CISO I developed and received approval of a three year cyber strategy and roadmap, led the stand-up of a cyber risk management council, led the cyber response for a Board of Directors level Table Top Exercise, and led multiple initiatives to further harden the Leidos global environment.

Lockheed Martin IS&GS
Senior Capability Manager
In 2012, I took over a $6.6B IDIQ. In the 2 years prior no competitive work had been won on the vehicle. I quickly developed, received senior leadership approval, and executed a new strategy and growth campaign while continuing my day-to-day PM responsibilities. Over the initial 18 month period, the execution of the growth strategy quickly led to LM's first two wins on the vehicle, and I then led the capture and strategy of LM's first prime win a $200M award in 2013 for IT infrastructure engineering, EIES.
Following the EIES win in 2013, I led the successful transition, start-up, and incorporation of the five legacy contracts. Through strong execution by the team and quickly built customer partnerships I grew the program by 262% in the first year. This included the shaping of three strategic components supporting the entire customer community as sole source awards to EIES.
In parallel with those activities I shaped key 2014 opportunities for the vehicle, leading the strategy and bid for the $6B IDIQ re-compete, and supporting strategy and capture activities for a number of related customers in the community.
