I LOVE creating team specific tools as part of process development or improvement, or to create or improve automation, in applications such as SharePoint and Smartsheet. Working with/learning new technologies and tools is exciting for me due to my innate affinity for, and love of, computers and technology. Due to my unique background, I am a proficient liaison and coordinator between technical and non-technical staff, and my ramp-up on new work is remarkably quick!
My background is an eclectic blend of experience ranging across training, instructional design, writing, editing, document control, content management, graphic design, web development, systems administration, programming, database development, data management, metrics reporting, process improvement, project management, program management, and efficiency creation through automation.
I have run projects for technical writing and content management, web site design and implementation, database development, and application migrations and upgrades. This included creating and maintaining schedules, project requirements and planning coordination, overall project communication creation and dissemination, managing meetings and project team members, and tracking and reporting project financials.
