As Director of IT at BDG, I ensure its core IT processes are supported, maintained, and continuously improving.
Monitor and manage daily performance and availability of the organization’s systems infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to explore and develop solutions that meet the needs of evolving business processes.
Lead BDG’s IT group to identify areas of improvement, research technologies that can help increase efficiencies and develop a roadmap for adoption and support across the organization.
Setting initiatives early on by moving many of the company’s on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based services and rolling out key company-wide products before the closure of our offices due to the pandemic successfully positioned BDG staff to work fully remotely.
