Setting initiatives early on by moving many of the company’s on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based services and rolling out key company-wide products before the closure of our offices due to the pandemic successfully positioned BDG staff to work fully remotely. As a result, it's enabled the company to offer in-office work to be optional to all staff.
