Director of Technology, Cybersecurity & Media Services
As the Director of Technology, I lead I.T. operations by developing and managing a $3M budget covering 24 virtual centers, 3K students, and 200 staff. I oversee cross-functional teams and manage state technology resource center by monitoring ticket system, resolving user issues, and procuring critical I.T. equipment for virtual centers. I design security initiatives to advance safety of buildings and infrastructure.
♦ In this capacity, I created and established inaugural online inventory management system that catalogued and tracked over 8K devices state-wide, which streamlined operations and reduced I.T. spending.
♦ By establishing and facilitating training for over 200 staff members across the state of Michigan, I bolstered individual fluency and technology integration with classroom instruction.

Berrien Springs Public Schools
Off-Campus Director of Technology
Working with the Odem-Edroy School District, I championed district technology operations including website and social media management, student information system administration, and Google application staff trainings. I integrated technology for three buildings at the classroom-level by leading instructional courses to enhance student and faculty technical fluency. I analyzed systems, identified operational issues, deployed cost-effective resolutions, and formulated district-wide recommendations for daily technology use.
♦ Under my leadership, the school district was awarded with over $250K in federal and grant funds that enabled significant technological and infrastructure improvements.
♦ As Director, I coordinated operations for over 30 software applications and established programs that allowed one-to-one technology support for over 1.1K students throughout the district.

Odem-Edroy ISD
Technology Director
During my tenure at Bay City Public Schools, I orchestrated district-wide technology operations with a $500K budget by leading a cross-functional team of seven staff to oversee I.T. systems. I analyzed network and program functionality, identified operational issues, and deployed effective resolutions to optimize performance at 13 instructional buildings. I designed daily use recommendations for implementation by district faculty and staff to advance I.T. fluency and operations while mitigating system issues.
♦ I was an integral Central Office administrator that collaborated with six counterparts to establish strategic initiatives for building and I.T. programs.
♦ As a result of my work securing $328K in grants and federal funds, classroom projectors were upgraded and wireless infrastructure was significantly improved.
