Provides implementation and project support for telecom configurations within the call center telephony platform. Interfaces with Sutter Health Information Services, Network Architecture and Engineering and Operational team members to build call flow solutions based on requirements. Communicates effectively and continually seeks opportunities to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and strengthens customer relationships.
