About
Ever since I can remember, the cornerstone of my passion has always been technology. The conception of it, interacting with it, understanding it. I would spend countless hours breaking, fixing (or attempting to), and or experimenting with some kind of electronic. It was this passion overtime that has allowed me to further evolve my focus—concentrating on the intersection of people and their interaction with technology. I'm obsessed with the customer experience. I believe behind every innovation is the conviction that it has the innate capacity to enrich our lives/productivity for the better.
I enjoy workshopping solutions to big problems that matter. To achieve this, I pride myself on making high-quality decisions and I always aim to take a logical yet innovative approach to a solution. However, I also understand sometimes simple can be harder than complex and that you must work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. For me, it’s all worth it in the end because once I get there, I feel like I can move mountains. Details create the big picture and I'm often fixated on driving clarity involving complex and intricate design goals. I believe the key to creating a truly exceptional product experience, your mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail. Similarly, feedback channels are also critical to the success of any project, not just taking it but truly listening to it with the intent to understand. I am an avid believer in diverse and inclusive teams, and that it is our differences that connects us closer to our customers and each other. I often refer to the quote, diversity is being invited to the party and inclusion is being asked to dance.
Today, my focus is on cybersecurity as a technical consultant at Microsoft on the Worldwide Compromise Recovery Security Practice (CRSP) team. We are a team of security experts specializing in advanced cybersecurity services and techniques, guiding customers (proactively and reactively) in regaining positive administrative control over their environment during a malicious cyberattack. I have worked across small to enterprise sized fortune 500 environments in multiple industries in both public and private sectors.
I enjoy meeting new people and hearing different perspectives. If you have questions or just want to connect, feel free to reach out!
