Responsible for the execution of a $2.1B IT budget to support the global operations of ~27,000 users. Initiated and executed a massive Digital-Business Transformation enabling the organization to move from digitized to digital. This included the closing of 23 data centers and migration to the cloud, standing up an internal devsecops software factory to refactor applications to be cloud native, reorganizing and re-architecting around data, and business process reengineering to exploit the power of digital to improve processes and elimination of a custom codebase on the ERP.
