Assisted converting an old telecommunications system into a data network in an accounting firm with 100+ employees :
Traced all network cables that are not being utilized in each office and converted them into live network connections.
Punched down network cables into patch panel, connected each port to main server.
Resolved telecommunication issues as they arose (including punching down wires into plugs, or repairing the jack if it was damaged).
Communicated with networking department on the status of project and any problems as they arose.
Mapped out & created a diagram of all network data ports and electrical outlets in the building.
Occasionally resolved hardware and software related issues when coworkers were out of the office.

Researched the internet using in-house programs to find potential employees for Management Recruiter's Clients/Companies. My team specializes in Upstream Oil & Gas. I also performed data entry for the company's database to increase the company's internal records of potential clients and candidates for the company to search for job orders or marketing purposes.
Some of my responsibilities would include scanning in large amounts of paper documents into digitized form and then entering them into a form that could be uploaded into the company's database. I also performed searches on directories pertaining to the industry my team focused on. I gathered and saved this information into a usable form from association's directories for the company to use for recruiting purposes. I also seperated out PDF forms of LinkedIn profiles that were pulled in from my team's Recruiter's accounts and and uploaded them into our company's database for an increase in candidate contacting pool.
