Finally, I managed all Distributed development within Compuware's Mainframe Business unit. My main focus is Mainframe modernization (bringing the Mainframe's green screen to Eclipse). As a Software Development Manager reporting to the Vice President of Development, I was accountable for managing and coordinating resources and process to deliver software releases in a timely and high quality manner.
I worked closely with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines
