About
I am a people person with a technical background and acumen. I have a passion for Information Security. While I believe that technical controls are paramount when securing an organization, I believe that people are even more important. That flows over to my style when managing people. I am a strong proponent of process, but process with compassion and common sense. I believe it is the job of management to provide the vision, direction, tools, and the opportunity to excel. I don't think you have to be everyone's best friend, but your team must feel equally comfortable communicating failure as well as success.
