Coordinates acquisition, processing, exploitation and dissemination of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) acquired by space based, manned and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for Domestic Operations. Assembles Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), conducts complex software cost analysis and market research to jointly manage a $10M Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), providing the 54 States and Territories with Geospatial Informational Systems software and training. Single handedly created a ground breaking GEOINT brief and instructs National Guard intelligence, imagery and geospatial analysts on policies, processes, techniques and procedures regarding exploitation of national geospatial information and services.
Provides tailored geospatial products consisting of relevant predictive analysis, feature extraction and data exploitation with a National Guard nexus supporting the Chief, National Guard Bureau, NGB Joint Staff and the 54 States and Territories mission essential functions. Coordinates with the Interagency Remote Sensing Coordinating Cell and FEMA's Geospatial Coordination Call to improve the governance of federal remote sensing operations by minimizing duplication of effort and unnecessary tasking thus reducing operational costs to the National Guard.
Participates as a primary member of the National Guard Functional Solution Analysis (FSA) Team commissioned to analyze, assess and recommend viable solutions to the Chief, National Guard Bureau for national shared situational awareness for the 54 States and Territories. Routinely coordinates with the interagency such as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to establish official processes for providing domestic imagery access for National Guard members of the 54 States and Territories.
