Adjunct Professor
As VP of President Technology and Innovation, my primary responsibility is to lead and manage innovation and technology initiatives within the Operations Security Services (OSS) division. As the senior innovation leader, I am responsible for the assessing technology, services, partnerships, and research for value alignment within OSS’s mission to increase the cyber resiliency of State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) entities. Additional responsibilities include overseeing technology pilots and proof of concepts, emerging technology research, developing vendor assessment criteria and managing vendor relationships. This position will also work closely and collaborate with other CIS organizations including sales and business services, information technology, and information security.

Vice President of Technology and Innovation
My primary responsibility is to lead and manage multiple Operations Divisions including a 24x7 security operations center, application development, strategic partnerships, vulnerability assessment, CERT incident response, big data analytics, cloud adoption, engineering and Cybersecurity intelligence teams. Additionally, I serves as a resource for the continued development and enhancement of processes and procedures related to day-to-day operations. I am responsible for the management and/or oversight of Operations specific projects, as well as be responsible for ensuring the success of those projects. Other responsibilities :
> Lead and provide oversight to multiple operations divisions including application development, engineering and data intelligence teams, as well as a 24x7 security operations center
> Work closely with the SD – Security Services playing a key role in technical, cross divisional Operations projects
> Regularly evaluate the efficiency of Operations processes and procedures related to day-to-day operations
> Stay up to date on the latest technology threats and briefing staff on the same
> Present at national and statewide conferences on behalf of the MS-ISAC and Elections ISAC
> Maintain current on information related to technology standards and compliance regulations
> Make recommendations to the Sr. VP of Operations as to the MS-ISAC’s strategic direction, development and future growth
> Demonstrate and support the organization’s leadership principles
> Lead communications and initiatives across teams to promote organization-wide opportunities for innovation.
> Oversees the launch, implementation, and monitoring of multiple projects across teams and departments.
> Align the strategic priorities of the organization to team/department goals; provides opportunities for vertical and horizontal communication to allow for progress reporting on deliverable(s) and recommending course change adjustments, as needed.
