The Loudoun County Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC) is made up of 23 business leaders approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. I have served as Chair, Vice-Chair, and as a Commissioner. The mission of the EDAC is to support the Loudoun Department of Economic Development and the Loudoun Board of Supervisors to promote the long term economic growth and development of Loudoun County in a way that is economically sustainable and results in the expansion of its commercial and industrial tax base.

He was actively involved in nine strategic mergers and acquisitions with a total value of $4 billion.
James Leach is a leader in information and communications technology (ICT) solutions. He is experienced in cybersecurity, cloud and SaaS, data centers and hosting, enterprise hardware and software, and telecommunications including content delivery networks (CDN), DDoS protection, and virtual private networks (VPNs). Currently he is focused on bringing to market advanced cybersecurity solutions in automated IT risk management, network obfuscation, threat intelligence, identity management, and consulting services.
He has written and published dozens of articles, spoken at over 100 industry conferences, created and hosted a podcast series, and was featured on CBS Morning News and National Public Radio (NPR).
