My role with the NNSA Capital projects office at Savannah River site is to ensure the collaboration and integration of multiple IT, OT, Engineering, and Security teams under the newly formed Office of the CIO. As part of this effort I have developed organizational charters and integration and execution plans along with providing project focused cyber security oversight of implementations through existing client governance processes. This role also puts me at the forefront of risk and compliance efforts for the NCP OCIO with a focus on project execution and success.

Development and implementation of a complete ICS Cyber Security program in a US Government NIST based environment. I was able to see my program go from inception to implementation and through a rigorous System Test and Evaluation to receive an Authority to Operate (ATO) from the US Department of Energy. After receiving our ATO, I continued to lead the program through both Contractor And DOE Operational Readiness Reviews and the DOE Critical Decision process culminating in a presentation to the DOE CIO resulting in a cyber yes vote as part of Critical Decision 4 for our project.
