Experience:
I am the lead architect/administrator of our EDR/AV suite which is installed in over 16,000 endpoints across 20 site locations and multiple legacy companies. I've used my experience in both the CyberOps and IT Ops space to create custom solutions that track our compliance for patching, AV health, Endpoint Security health and OS health in Splunk dashboards that range from individual site mappings (useful for on-site technicians) to roll-up metrics that are presented to leadership monthly.
Since our EDR solution is one of the only software platforms on all endpoints, I also assist with gathering data ranging from asset data (OS, endpoint models, hardware statistics) to software usage data. This is given to our IT Shared Services teams, our Asset Management teams and our System Hosting teams.
I also provide technical leadership and guidance to our Desktop Management team for compliance to hardening standards and upcoming high-profile vulnerabilities.
