Responsible for information security policy and the coordination of enterprise wide information security efforts. Working with executive leadership coordinating processes for evolving a companywide information security strategy and vision. While overseeing the creation and maintenance of information security policies and standards, I developed and drive Safe-Guard's Information Security awareness and training program. Collaborate with Internal and External Audit organizations regarding security posture, disaster recovery plans, and audit and compliance practices.
Responsible for :
Planning, designing and implementing Information Security policies, standards and procedures.
Identifying areas where existing security requires change or development.
Development and presentation of proposals for processes and implementation plans.
Development and maintenance of enterprise-wide security standards, policies, procedures.
Facilitate monthly security meetings and drive resolution of information security issues.
Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
IT change management responsibilities include representing all changes on behalf of their group while balancing governance and control with speed and agility. Accountable for accuracy and completeness for change requests and all associated documentation.
Responsible for :
Management of documentation and scheduling of the change requests.
Reviews and approves all change requests for normal change templates.
Represents all compliance aspects of the change to the Change Control Committee.
Identifies, negotiates and resolves potential change conflicts and collisions within the CCC.
Educates Change Community on change tool and Change Management Policies and Procedures
Champions all Change Management policies and procedures.
