I manage a cybersecurity training team which provide dozens of cyber courses using a Cyber Range, On-Demand, In-Person, Micro Learns, and Webinars.
The courses provide risk analysis training using Elastic Search and Kibana interface with Splunk, Sailpoint and other data tools. Provide federal agencies with cyber training for federal mandates, CISA directives and OMB memos. CISA’s CDM program helps federal civilian agencies to evaluate the size and scope of their cyber weaknesses so they can tackle their worst problems first.

About
I am a focused and highly motivated cybersecurity professional with 35 years of extensive IT network security, cybersecurity and management experience.
Currently, I am a Cybersecurity Training Lead for DHS/CISA/CSD/CDET (Cyber Defense Education Training), Academics Branch; responsible for working with other educational entities such as Academies, Institutes, and Colleges/Universities to establish (CDET) initiatives.
The CISA/CDM training delivery methods I manage include numerous courses taught as Virtual-in-Person sessions using a Cyber Range, On-Demand, In-Person, Micro Learns, and Webinars. CISA’s CDM program helps federal civilian agencies to evaluate the size and scope of their cyber weaknesses so they can tackle their worst problems first.
My cybersecurity skill set consists of cybersecurity awareness, training, and education program development and execution; developing and testing contingency plans; federal information security compliance; analyzing, review and verification of information system security; and secure design and development of information systems that meet FISMA and regulatory compliance.
I have a superior capacity to solve complex problems involving a wide variety of information systems, can work independently on projects or in a team, and thrive under pressure in fast-pace environments while directing multiple projects from concept to implementation.
