Technical career experiences encompassed design and development of aerospace mechanical systems, materials forensics, information technology, cyber investigations, electronic surveillance, fuel cell technology and aerial surveillance platforms. Management and supervision of multi-million dollar specialized work units and projects as a Unit Chief and as a Special Assistant to the Head of the FBI's Engineering Research Facility.
