· Took lead on an initiative to retire an out-of-compliance application and move the department to a new ticketing/reporting platform. This included establishing request forms with a centralized strategy of consistency for auditing purposes.
· Created scripting for multiple team uses that include audit package handling, access management, and 3rd Party API automation.
