My part in this role is to ensure prospects looking to purchase a CMMS can utilize our solution with their business. Applying my knowledge of previous use cases and configurations I construct demonstrations to present to these prospects. These presentations are given to almost every role throughout different organizations. From CEO's to Maintenace managers my roles is to provide them with the proper solutions that will provide value to their operation. Integrity is a value that I apply to all conversations ensuring each prospect is given a clear path to success with our software. Made it my personal mission to also define the SOP's for this role as well, ensuring any new hires have a positive direction while onboarding.
Some of my duties as a Solution Architect are as follows :
- Configure CMMS around each prospects use case
- Develop KPI's and Metrics that are industry-specific
- Provide a clear and concise path for prospects to understand and follow
- IT Questonairre assistance
- Solutions for API Integrations
- Develop and support trial environments for prospects
- Record mini demonstrations of functionalities available
- Assist internal sales team with structure and guidance on best practices
- Use implementation knowledge to help drive selling opportunities
- Create Statements of Work for integration efforts between software

During my time in this roll, I was able to learn about multiple areas of the software industry. New onboarding clients would have me as their resource to assist with :

- Best Practice Solutions
- Process Flows
- KPI and Metric Building
My time was also utilized to assist with documentation writing for our internal SOP's. By creating multiple documents that can be shared internally I streamlined processes. Ensured new hires had a proper path for their ramp-up periods. Also, provided clear direction for employees on how to ensure all our data tracking efforts were accomplished.
This was also when I took my Certified Reliability Leadership training. This course taught me how to be a leader in the maintenance reliability realm. By learning from other professionals about industry-specific use cases from CMMS and the organizational values they applied, I was able to assist clients with implementing these same values into their day to day operations..

Travel on-site to established clients and assist with training on our CMMS. Would help clients create an agenda with topics and discussion points, then make travel arrangements to deliver said agenda on-site. Provided hands-on exercises to better help with learning. Ensuring each participant of the training would be engaged and ready to take the CMMS live. Duties for this role are as follows :
- Create custom agendas for each company
- Be flexible on timing to accommodate multiple shift training
- Book all of my travel accommodations, from flight, car to lodging
- Ensuring all billable expenses were properly captured and expensed to customers
- Assist with configurations during training to ensure customer success
- Provide Go-Live support during rollouts
- Supply Hirearchy best practices for data integrity during collection
