The Executive Vice President (EVP) is responsible for corporate data, personnel, and assets' physical security, safety, and security. The EVP is a representative for preventing breaches, data leaks, Personally Identifiable Information (PII) exposure, phishing attacks, ransomware, and other malware. Directs and leads the cybersecurity strategic vision for the company. In addition, the EVP develops security controls and crisis management. In this position, the EVP creates and implements programs to minimize or eliminate compliance, operational, strategic, and financial security risk methods involving persons, assets, and other property. The EVP informs the management about significant issues and regulatory trends with challenges to the organization.
The EVP is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for the organization's overall operation and facilitates strategic planning, including establishing the vision, mission, and strategic initiatives. Also, this executive creates partnerships, alliances, and solutions with vendors. The Chief Security Officer (CSO) produces cybersecurity items for clients and provides vCISO services to customers. The CSO will also manage to develop and implement security training, policy, standards, regulatory compliance, security guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing security maintenance. Security care provides advisory consultation and supports corporate technology teams. The CSO is the executive in charge of data breaches and the clean-up of the environment. Also, the CSO is a leader in several successful acquisition teams with a background in sales engineering with over ten years of experience in business development.
