Key Achievements :
Successfully managed the onboarding of various devices across American Express for security event monitoring and correlation, including approximately 5,500+ Windows and UNIX servers and TACACS devices.
Developed and managed detailed plans for both short and long term solutions for user access certification of Infrastructure Security owned applications.
Coordinated and facilitated Windows server remediation activities for critical SOX applications. Reduced list of 48 potential applications to a final list of 9 critical applications, with 109 Windows servers moved into new protected OUs. This resulted in reduced privileged access, as well as the closure of an audit map.
Reengineered process for establishing transport layer security connections, including creation of instructional documentation, FAQs, and a revised request form in the IT Service Catalog.
Developed communications plans for the Privileged Access Management program. Redesigned and streamlined template to remove redundancy and consolidate relative information.
