As a contractor, I was responsible for developing a workstation strategy roadmap to encompass workstation rollout of Open PC across all roles that include Webterm, Labor, Western Union, 20/20, ODP & ProPaint to all stores throughout the US & Canada. In addition, I worked closely with Home Depot architects as the project lead throughout the transitional phase of Open PC from windows XP to Windows 7 along with the transition from IE 6.0 to IE 8. Furthermore, I was able to successfully manage the deployment of Microsoft’s latest version of SCCM to be rolled out to the corporate office along with all stores. As a full time Sr. IT Developer, I was a part of the Credit Support team where we were responsible for handling any and all credit/debit related problems. As part of this team, I was responsible for leading and resolving all escalated crisis calls that directly impact the operations of the company’s stores.
