SOC 1, 2, & 3 Reviews : Manage the administration and completion of multiple SOC reviews. The SOC reviews cover a wide range of service organizations from healthcare claims processing to technology sector companies such as data centers as well as SaaS companies across the country and internationally. Primary responsibilities include :
- Assist companies in identifying the appropriate standard (SOC 1 or 2) in which to under go to meet their client base needs.
- Assist companies in planning and preparing for SOC engagements by way of performing risk assessments and readiness assessment.
- Issue meaningful recommendations to improve overall control environment to mitigate risks identified during risk assessment process.
Information Systems Auditing : Assist financial institutions with their IS audit needs, including Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, RDC, Internet Banking, and Identity Theft/Red Flag compliance. Also perform audits on existence of various IT security controls and assist in providing recommendations to mitigate risks
