About
I received my B.A. in Management Information Systems (MIS) and already have my A.S. in Information Technology (IT). I have used my experience to resolve many technical problems and build rapport with clients. You have to be knowledgeable to be the face of IT.
There are many individuals going into the computer industry. Setting goals that are challenging promotes critical thinking. While in high school, I took two honor classes. I took honor English and Calculus AP. I have already acquired my A.S. in IT and graduated with honors. Phi Theta Kappa International Honor society, Dean’s List, President’s Honor Roll, and The Golden Key International Honor Society are a few of the accomplishments that I have received. I am very dedicated and motivated to my work. Having a can do attitude and always looking forward to work is what I value which sets me apart from the norm.
I informed a business to create an inventory system to track computer equipment to save on unnecessary costs. I also identified an issue related to a large amount of excess, unidentified inventory; recommended tracking/labeling system to management; and implemented a process that resulted in considerable cost savings with purchases from inventory for a period of a little over a year at another place. I have learned that cost savings can be applied through security, inventory control, and asset tracking.
