About
Lorie Liebrock is Director of the New Mexico Cybersecurity Center of Excellence(CCoE), Director of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (NMT) Cybersecurity Education Center(CEC), and Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at NMT in Socorro, New Mexico. She previously served as the Dean of Graduate Studies, Chair of the Department of Computer Science, and Chief Technology Officer / Education Director for the New Mexico Computing Applications Center for the State of New Mexico. She holds an M.S. and Ph.D. from Rice University and B.S. and M.S. from Michigan Technological University. Her research interests include cybersecurity, information assurance, foundations of computer science, parallel processing, and visualization. She is particularly interested in complex problems that require the integration of all of these aspects of computer science.
