Install/uninstall programs and applications. Hardware and software updates/upgrades.
Troubleshoot kiosk PC and ordering PC’s, monitors, UPS/MPS when necessary.
Process emails received in the IT Service Request inbox (multiple times throughout the day) Receives incoming customer calls 24x7 (kiosk & corporate)
Document calls using the Call Tracking database
Perform triage/ask appropriate questions to classify call
Create HEAT/ Service Now tickets to document accordingly
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved
Perform Incident Management tasks as necessary
Perform regular (every 4 hours) EDI checks and send email to confirm completion
Distribute Weekend Operations report (Sat & Sun only)
Perform Data room checks (twice per shift during the night shift and on the weekends) Conference room equipment checks for facilities
