Built a high-performance Professional Services Team from the ground up. This included defining processes, establishing core technologies to focus on and vendor relations. The team went from approximately $3k a month in Professional Services to $40k a month in gross profit over a 6 month period. It just expanded tremendously after that.
Developed Sales Reporting (CRM) and Tracking Processes. I identified what worked and what didn’t for the Sales Organization as a whole. This led to specific skill set training.
Trained the technical teams and created a flexible cross-support infrastructure.
Continued to maintain vendor certifications and embrace new technologies.
