Team Lead – (Recruiting for today)

priorities, workloads, mentoring and strategy for the team of three.
- Leads daily, weekly, monthly recruiting meetings to maintain open communication.
- Partners with managers and senior leaders throughout the company to determine hiring needs
and develop a hiring plan. Gather feedback from interview teams and follow their direction on
how to proceed with the applicant.
- Recruited and hired more than 240 new employees in manufacturing roles in 2018.
- Uses SAP SuccessFactors to post new jobs, screen applications, track applicants, disposition
unqualified applicants and manage applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Member of the Ditch Witch SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing implementation team.
- Ensures that recruiting processes, interviews and documentation are compliant with OFCCP
guidelines by monitoring applicant tracking system.
Workforce Development – (Recruiting for tomorrow)
- Partnered with the marketing department to develop an “American Made By You” campaign.
- Developed the Ditch Witch Training Academy through partnerships with Meridian Technology
and Oklahoma Works to train new employees to start a new career in manufacturing.
- Awarded a Governor’s Commendation for being an outstanding business leader in
workforce development in 2018.
- Member of the OK Manufacturing Alliance Workforce Committee. As part of this committee I
work on the Department of Rehabilitation Subcommittee. The goal of this Subcommittee is to
introduce a career in manufacturing as a career of choice to the DHS clients.
