• Leads Serco-WBB Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) efforts for PNT-PO, B-52H, JASSM, HACSW, SOF/PR, and DIRECT programs, analyzing 11 CCA elements and coordinating efforts between the program offices, SAF CIO, and SAF/A6.
• Responsible for Business Development (BD) efforts totaling over $158.2 Million and twelve contracts.
