Onbase, AS400, and proprietary application support
Assist with VPN account setup and troubleshooting, and threat mitigation with Trend
Micro Security and malware removal tools
Responsible for patching and pushing new software using Desktop Central Management
Create and manage new Active Directory and Exchange accounts
Work closely with Infrastructure and Network teams to ensure proper completion of
projects and tickets.
