Primary duties were to install and maintain business networks, Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Lines (ADSL), high speed internet connections, and telecommunications systems including special circuits, cabling, and Cisco routers and switches for both business and residential customers. I was employed to configure networked systems in small to medium sized businesses to connect through Virtual Private Networking (VPN) to Telco central office equipment, corporate branch offices or to the internet. I provided comprehensive remote and onsite support for private and commercial customers, including Tier-1 support for Cisco LAN/WAN products.
