My life goal is to try as many things as I can. I enjoy learning new things and adding to my existing knowledge. I work in many areas of Information Technology, from PC support to telecommunications and networking. Learning something and applying it to find solutions is what drives me.
I have a higher understanding of technological services and I am eager to learn new techniques in order to solve problems and be more effective. I have a variety of skills including programming and database management. I have gained experience in customer service and technical support while working for the California Baptist University ITS Helpdesk and am eager to apply it.
