Network Security Engineer III
• Deployed FortiGate (201E, 600D, 1500D, 3200D), FortiSwitch (1024D, 448D, 248E) devices as part of an $11 Million project to overhaul the network on to SD-WAN infrastructure. Sites converted include DCs, back office sites, and contact centers
• Collaborate with other teams including project management, voice, server, and telecommunications to provide new site builds including sites with up to 6000 agents
• Participated in on-call rotations for severity 1 incidents troubleshooting Fortigate, Cisco, and Juniper networking equipment
• Traveled to the Philippines to assist our onsite team with a switch migration of 108 switches from Fortinet to Cisco that had a change window of only 5 hours, the success of the which ensured continued business from the clients onsite
